Pre-Cut Estimator
How to determine the amount of precut Fence & Border Guard material:
- Determine the Fence & Border Guard width necessary for the project.
- Measure distance between fence posts.
(distances may vary depending on fence installation) - Subtract 2 to 4 inches from fence post distance to ensure proper overlap between Precut Post Protectors and Precut Overlap pieces.
- Count the number of fence posts.
- Identify the hole opening sizes and shapes (round or square) for the Precut Post Protection pieces. (Examples: 2" diameter, 8" x 8" square, etc.)
(Round and square post centers can be custom cut to your specifications.)
